In order to be successful in one's career path, a degree
qualification is almost a must in the modern society. Without such as
a qualifcation, you will have difficulty in changing job or getting promoted

NCC Advanced Diploma and if you got one of those equivalent Higher or
Advanced Diploma granted by Hong Kong educational institutions, you can

The aim of this programme is to produce graduates who are educated in
the theory, technology, practice and application of information technology.

• Holders of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in IT; or
• People who are 21 or above, with NCC Education IADCS;
• Any qualifications recognized by NCC Education

The skills listed for threshold level will have been developed throughout
the curriculum.
The top-up degree covers the essential knowledge of computing such as
application of I.T., systems analysis and design skills, and basic programme.
Courses such as Web Engineering, E-Commerce, and Database Design & Implementation
will deliver specific transferable skills.
All graduates from the programme would therefore be expected to have
achieved the threshold level in the skills listed.
